By placing an order with Heartfelt Made, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your contact, billing, and shipping information.

Payment is required at checkout for online store purchases. An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

For custom orders, submitting a request does not guarantee that the order will be accepted. Custom-order details, pricing, availability, and payment arrangements will be confirmed before work begins.

Products & Handmade Items

Heartfelt Made products are handmade, and slight variations may occur from one item to another. Colors may also appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, photography, and the materials used.

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, and pricing. Because many items are handmade, small variations are a natural part of the finished product and are not considered defects.

Product availability and designs may change as new creations are added or existing items sell out.

Custom Orders & Personalization

Custom orders are created based on the details agreed upon before production begins. Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, colors, design details, and other personalization information for accuracy before approving an order.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or were made incorrectly by Heartfelt Made.

Heartfelt Made reserves the right to decline a custom-order request that we are unable to fulfill.

Shipping & Delivery

Ready-to-ship items are typically prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Heartfelt Made is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other carrier delays. If you experience a problem with your shipment, please contact us and we'll help review the tracking information and determine the next steps.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact Heartfelt Made within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or were made incorrectly. Please contact us before returning any item.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. An order may be canceled if production has not begun and the order has not shipped. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Product Use & Responsibility

Heartfelt Made products should be used only for their intended purpose. Customers are responsible for following any care or use instructions provided with a product.

Some products may contain small parts and are not intended for young children. Please use appropriate supervision and keep small items away from children and pets when necessary.

Heartfelt Made is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, alteration, or use of a product in a way for which it was not intended.

Intellectual Property

All original photographs, product descriptions, website content, and original designs created by Heartfelt Made are the property of Heartfelt Made and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Any third-party names, images, designs, trademarks, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Changes to These Terms

Heartfelt Made may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as our products, services, or business practices change. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
